.Enrollment Fee
A $75.00 enrollment fee will be charged for each enrollment or re-enrollment to help cover administrative costs. The enrollment fee is non-refundable and must accompany enrollment forms. This is applicable to children in all classes from Infant through preschool.
Private pay monthly tuition is due by the last day of each month. Monthly payments in advance are encouraged. Parents will receive an electronic statement at the beginning of each month reflecting actual charges and payments received.
Both private and subsidized fees are accepted.

Subsidized Fees
The University Early Care and Education Center participates in the PA Department of Human Services Subsidized Child Day Care program. Information regarding eligibility guidelines, resources and referrals can be obtained by contacting CCW (Child Care Works subsidized Childcare Program.)
For more information, call the Child Care Works helpline at 1-888-864-1654. Parents receiving CCW funding agree to pay fees as specified in the enrollment policies by the office of Child Development and Early Learning Resource Centers/Child Works Subsidy.
