Stephanie McAdoo
Executive Director

Stephanie graduated from IUP with her degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught preschool for 11 years before moving into an administrative role. She is a strong believer that young children learn best through play. She believes early childhood educators everywhere have the responsibility to stand up for young children’s right to play. She loves to spend time with family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys attending her son's basketball games, reading, and practicing yoga. She also enjoys Reiki and is a Master-Level Reiki practitioner. She also loves to spend time with her granddaughter, Maren, who you may see around the center.

​Mary Ann McCullough
Office Coordinator

Mary Ann is an IUP alumni with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education. Mary Ann currently holds a PA Director's Credential for Early Learning. Prior to starting at Indi Kids in 1990. she held various teaching positions at several school districts. During her 34 years with Indi Kids, she has held numerous positions from the infant to school-age program, until 2017 when she became the Office Coordinator. Occasionally, you may find Mary Ann helping out the classrooms. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and three dogs. 

​Rachel Hrabovsky
Financial Coordinator

Rachel is a graduate of IUP and has been a resident of Indiana County since 2017. She joined the Indi Kids staff in 2023 as part-time Financial Coordinator, and enjoys utilizing her skills to support the mission of Indiana County Child Daycare Center. Rachel also works full time with another local non-profit educational entity, and has twin two-year-old boys that keep her happily busy. Free time is precious and spent with her boys, husband, and three dogs, enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.  ​

Lyda McAdoo
Program Quality and Staff Development Coordinator

I have been a part of the Indi Kids family since 2014, when I first joined the center as a student employee. In 2018 I graduated with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. For over a decade, I have had the opportunity to grow in several different roles here at Indi Kids, including Assistant Pre-K Counts teacher, Scheduling Coordinator and, most recently, Head Teacher in our Homer-Center Pre-K classroom. I am excited to now return to an administrative role as the Program Quality and Staff Development Coordinator, where I am excited to support the continued growth and quality of the Indi Kids program while also supporting the educators who make our classrooms such wonderful places for our children to learn and grow.
My passion for early childhood education is rooted in my belief that young children are capable, curious, and eager to learn when they are given meaningful opportunities to explore the world around them. I believe some of the most valuable learning happens through play, discovery, and exploration. Providing children with opportunities to learn alongside their peers, develop relationships with both other children and adults, express their ideas, and make discoveries of their own is one of the most rewarding parts of working in early childhood education.
In my free time I enjoy playing and watching almost every sport, specifically watching my husband coach high school basketball. I also love spending my Thursday evenings at trivia and karaoke with my family. I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, McDonald's cokes, and soaking up every moment I can with my daughter, Maren.
