ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Administrative Team

Stephanie McAdoo
Executive Director
Stephanie graduated from IUP with her degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught preschool for 11 years before moving into an administrative role. She is a strong believer that young children learn best through play. She believes early childhood educators everywhere have the responsibility to stand up for young children’s right to play. She loves to spend time with family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys attending her son's basketball games, reading, and practicing yoga. She also enjoys Reiki and is a Master-Level Reiki practitioner.
Mary Ann McCullough
Office Coordinator/CACFP
Mary Ann serves as the Office Coordinator for the Indi Kids program. In 2015 Mary Ann became the Child Adult Food Program (CACFP) sponsor. As sponsor, she oversaw the food program for several area family-daycare homes as well as for the Indi Kids program, monitoring for compliance with CACFP regulations. Mary Ann earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics Education from IUP and holds a Pennsylvania Director's Credential for Early Learning as well as a ServSafe certification in food safety management. This year, Mary Ann will be experiencing some new adventures as she will now represent our Homer Center Pre-K location as their site director and will be a teacher in our Dew Drop classroom!
Jenna Tanner
Financial Coordinator
In 2008 Jenna graduated from WCCC with a degree in Financial Management.  As Financial Coordinator her responsibilities include parent billing, budget analysis, facilitating the annual audit, and grant compliance.  When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband Erik and daughters Peyton and Kendall.
Lyda McAdoo
Scheduling and Admissions Coordinator
Lyda graduated in 2018 with her dual-degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from IUP. She has been a part of the Indi Kids family since 2014 when she started as a student worker. After graduation, Lyda was hired as a full-time floater for a few months until she got a position in the Pre-K Counts classroom as the assistant teacher. In December 2021, Lyda joined the administrative team as the Scheduling and Admissions Coordinator. In her free time, she loves sports, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family. Lyda also coaches varsity volleyball at United High School. Lyda says, "I love working with children of all ages. I have learned through my education and experiences that when given the opportunity to explore and play, children can do amazing things! Indi Kids has been my second home for many years now, and I cannot wait to see what I can do as part of the administrative team."
Loretta McCracken
Kitchen Manager
Loretta is our resident "Kitcheologist".  When she is not cleaning, cooking or doing the center shopping, she loves spending time with her family.  Loretta and her husband Bill have two daughters (Jennifer and Jillian.)
