Stephanie McAdoo

Executive Director
Stephanie graduated from IUP with her degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught preschool for 11 years before moving into an administrative role. She is a strong believer that young children learn best through play. She believes early childhood educators everywhere have the responsibility to stand up for young children’s right to play. She loves to spend time with family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys attending her son's basketball games, reading, and practicing yoga. She also enjoys Reiki and is a Master-Level Reiki practitioner.

Mary Ann McCullough

Office Coordinator
Mary Ann serves as the Office Coordinator for the Indi Kids program. In 2015 Mary Ann became the Child Adult Food Program (CACFP) sponsor. As sponsor, she oversaw the food program for several area family-daycare homes as well as for the Indi Kids program, monitoring for compliance with CACFP regulations. Mary Ann earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics Education from IUP and holds a Pennsylvania Director's Credential for Early Learning as well as a ServSafe certification in food safety management. This year, Mary Ann will be experiencing some new adventures as she will now represent our Homer Center Pre-K location as their site director and will be a teacher in our Dew Drop classroom!

Rachel Hrabovsky

Rachel is a graduate of IUP and has been a resident of Indiana County since 2017. She joined the Indi Kids staff in 2023 as part-time Financial Coordinator, and enjoys utilizing her skills to support the mission of Indiana County Child Daycare Center. Rachel also works full time with another local non-profit educational entity, and has twin two-year-old boys that keep her happily busy. Free time is precious and spent with her boys, husband, and three dogs, enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.

Scheduling and Admissions Coordinator
Rachel graduated from IUP in 2023 and has been working for Indi Kids since May 2021. Rachel started as a floater and has experience working in every classroom but was most recently a full-time teacher in the infant room. In August 2023 she joined the administrative team as the scheduling coordinator. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Loretta is our resident "Kitcheologist". When she is not cleaning, cooking or doing the center shopping, she loves spending time with her family. Loretta and her husband Bill have two daughters (Jennifer and Jillian.) Six grandchildren complete. In their free time Loretta and her "hubby" enjoy riding their motorcycle.
