- Confidentiality is vital to the interest and success Indi Kids; to our parents and children, our staff, to our organization as a whole. Such confidential information includes but is not limited to the following:
Child and family information
Employee information
Financial Information
Social Media Policy
When using social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter, or any other social media, remember you are not authorized to speak on behalf of INDI KIDS.
You MAY NOT share pictures, videos, or audio recordings of children enrolled at any of our centers, their families, or other student teachers.
You MAY NOT share pictures, videos, or audio recordings of other student teachers or any of our staff while they are working.
You MAY NOT write about children enrolled at the center, their families, other student teachers , or regular staff members on any social network.
You MAY NOT share any information that is confidential in regards to the program, children, families, other student teachers, or staff members.
The Indi Kids logo MAY NOT be used without prior written permission from the Director or Assistant Director.
You should not engage in behavior that will reflect negatively on INDI KIDS or its employees.
Employees/students may be disciplined or terminated for commentary, content, or images that breach confidentiality, are defamatory, harassing, libelous, or that create a hostile work environment.
DO NOT share your email or personal phone number with parents.
DO NOT "friend" families of children enrolled at INDI KIDS. .
